Do all Bb soprano saxophones have a low A key?

Are lazarro soprano saxophones any good?
Im looking for a cheap beginner intermediate soprano sax that sounds ok, is easy to tune, doesnt have lots of problems and will last a few years at least. Lazarros are cheap an seem good, but do they do all of that?

What is the sound difference between the 3 types of soprano saxophones?
I am wanting to learn how to play the soprano saxophone. I know how to play the tenor sax and I just thought learning the soprano would be fun. I see that there are 3 different types and I was wondering what the sound difference is. I know Kenny G plays the straight soprano and this kid in my band plays both straight and the slightly curved one. I thought that the soprano sax that looks like a mini alto would be fun to play but I hardly see anyone who plays those, do they not sound as good as the other ones?

How would you price this bassoon and oboe? And do you have any advice on soprano saxophones?
I was clearing out my school's instrument cupboard about two years ago the school's music department said take any of the old instruments you find in the back So happy and I pulled out an oboe and a bassoon. Two years on, and after attempting the oboe after it was fixed up and playing it in multiple concerts with school over the course of a year then giving it up to concentrate on flute piccolo my primary instruments , I took up alto saxophone too. I can no longer successfully play the oboe my embouchure has loosened slightly due to more sax playing but don't worry, my flute and picc embouchures are fine , and I think I would rather stick with sax. The bassoon came home with me those two years ago and hasn't done anything since. Now, the oboe is a Boosey and Hawkes Regent, with the serial number 427960. How would this be priced? The bassoon has this inscription on the bell " Louis Standard" made for Rudall Carte & Co. Limited. Made in Czechoslovakia. There is what seems to be a serial number 2524, however above this number is a 0.How would THIS be priced?I also would like some ideas of where to buy decent soprano saxes around the 200 mark I'm only a saxophonist for a hobby, but I want to play soprano rather than alto, yet I don't want to commit to a 1 God knows how many zeroes soprano. So yeah, where would be good and at what price? Thanks in advance xAnd in case you can't tell by the currency, I live in England x

Is kenny g soprano saxophones made in china or somewhere else?
i want to know if its made in china because some saxophones that are made in china have really bad quality and i want to know if kenny g soprano saxophones are good because im thinking of buying a new sax

Why are Selmer Mark VI Alto, Tenors and Soprano saxophones so expensive?
I've seen Selmer Mark VI alto, tenor and soprano saxophones for $4,000 up to $20,000 in various music stores online, like Roberto's Winds and on Ebay. Why are they so expensive? Are they priced that high because some record labels purchase them for the artist? Or does the artist gets paid to invest money in buying a Mark VI by the record label?Do record labels purchase musical instruments for the artists?

Can a Soprano Saxophone play the same sheet music as an oboe?
I am currently playing the oboe and I want to learn to play the soprano saxophone. In my band we use Standard of Excellence Method Book and they don't make a book for soprano saxophones, is there any other instrument's book I could use? Thanks P

Reviews on Soprano Saxophones, Good Brands, Bad Brands?
I play the alto sax now but I'm very interested in getting a soprano. I don't know much about brands and the sax i play now is one i got handed down from my cousin Its a Grassi, which they don't make anymore. I've been looking up different brands for a while but keep getting mixed results. In conclusion, i've come down to these brands which I'm considering YamahaSelmerJupiterYanagisawaKenny G seriesI've heard good things about these ones but don't know much about them KesslerAntiguaBuescherBelcrestAnd i've heard that these brands weren't so great Celio SimbaSoulMaxtoneJean Baptisteand Jupiter also although it was on the first list, i've heard very mixed things I'm willing to spend up to about $2,000 or maybe more.Don't want to spend more than $4,000 I dont have the money now but would like to save up. I don't want to buy a student sax and i feel that anything under $800 won't be worth it. I've heard alot of good things about the Yamaha YSS62 and 62R but heard they don't make these anymore, but that the YSS 475 is the same thing but without the engraving. Also heard good about the Yanagisawa S991.Thanks for the help, the more i looked up the brands i started to lean towards Yanagisawa and Yamaha but like i said i've heard so much about different brands i didnt want to ignore the other options. And ihavent looked into cannonball but i definitely will.
